About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to join their marketing team in Norwich . This role is crucial for planning, executing, and optimising a wide range of digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will work closely with various teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Develop campaign briefs, set objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to develop campaign assets, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyse data, and implement optimisations to improve results and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within allocated spend.
- Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
