About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to oversee and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns in Oxford . This role is critical for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and sales through various online channels, with a strong focus on social media and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for strategy development, campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization. This hybrid role allows for a blend of collaborative office work and remote flexibility, enabling you to connect with your team while managing your workflow efficiently. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and possesses a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, PPC, and display advertising.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital campaign management, preferably within e-commerce or a related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools.
- Experience with social media marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
