Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online conversations, respond to comments and messages, and manage online reputation.
• Analyze digital campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging in all digital communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Communications Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and email marketing platforms.
