About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and versatile Digital Content Creator to join their marketing department, working remotely with occasional team meetups in Sunderland . This role is central to developing engaging and compelling content across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and distributing a wide range of content, including social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, and website copy. The ideal candidate is a storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including graphics, short videos, and compelling copy.
• Write and edit blog posts, website articles, and marketing emails that align with brand voice and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.
• Produce and edit basic video content for promotional and educational purposes.
• Monitor content performance and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator , Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
