About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging digital literacy training programs for diverse user groups.
• Provide one-on-one technical support and guidance to individuals facing digital barriers.
• Create accessible and easy-to-understand digital resources, tutorials, and guides.
• Identify and address barriers to digital access, such as affordability and connectivity, and explore potential solutions.
• Collaborate with community partners to promote digital inclusion initiatives and reach underserved populations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and support services, adapting approaches as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in digital literacy training, IT support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help others learn and grow.
• Familiarity with common digital technologies, software applications, and online safety practices.
• Experience in curriculum development or training material creation is a plus.
