About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Digital Learning Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of our organization's digital learning infrastructure. This pivotal, fully remote role focuses on defining the technological framework and pedagogical approaches that will shape the future of learning and development. You will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and integrating cutting-edge technologies and platforms to create scalable, engaging, and effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of learning science, technology trends, and their application in creating impactful digital learning ecosystems, working collaboratively from a remote setting to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect the overall strategy for digital learning platforms, tools, and content delivery systems.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and innovative pedagogical approaches for digital learning.
• Develop standards and best practices for the development, deployment, and maintenance of digital learning content.
• Oversee the integration of various learning technologies, ensuring seamless user experience and data flow.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and L&D teams to ensure alignment of digital learning strategy with organizational objectives.
• Lead pilot programs for new digital learning initiatives and technologies, assessing their effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Learning Technologies, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies and infrastructures.
• Expert knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) , content management systems (CMS), and other learning platforms.
• Deep understanding of learning science, adult learning theories , and pedagogical principles.
• Proven experience in technology evaluation, selection, and implementation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills for a remote-first environment.
