About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Learning Coordinator to enhance their educational offerings in Norwich . This role is responsible for supporting the integration of digital tools and platforms to enrich the learning experience for students and staff. You will assist in developing digital resources, providing training, and troubleshooting technical issues related to online learning environments. Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the institution's Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
• Assist educators in creating and curating engaging digital learning content and resources.
• Provide technical support and training to students and staff on the use of digital learning platforms and software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning, ensuring minimal disruption to the educational process.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital education and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT departments and academic staff to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within an educational or digital learning context.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and other educational technologies.
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to supporting user needs.
• Experience with content creation tools or basic multimedia editing is advantageous.
