About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses , interactive modules, and multimedia learning assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective digital learning experiences.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learner-centered content.
• Incorporate various media formats, including video, audio, animations, and simulations, to enhance engagement.
• Ensure all digital learning materials are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Learning Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Solid understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning technologies.
• Excellent visual design, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
