About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and technically skilled Digital Learning Developer to design and build engaging online learning experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective e-learning modules and courses.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and content.
• Create multimedia assets, including video, audio, graphics, and interactive elements.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build responsive and accessible learning content.
• Test and refine digital learning materials to ensure quality, usability, and alignment with learning goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Learning Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in multimedia production (video editing, graphic design, audio recording).
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
