About the Role

You will lead a team of instructional designers and content creators, ensuring that all digital learning initiatives align with organizational goals and best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy for professional development.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality e-learning courses, webinars, and other digital learning materials.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
