Digital Loyalty Project Lead — Retail Tech (6 Months)

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager for a loyalty/marketing apps upgrade and migration project in the West Midlands. You will lead the technical workstream, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to deliver a retail/consumer apps solution.

The role focuses on loyalty programmes, stakeholder engagement and driving delivery for a 6-month contract outside IR35. Strong delivery leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.
