About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join their fully remote team, supporting operations out of Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, UK . This role is critical for interpreting marketing performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize all digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are data-informed and achieving their objectives. This is an ideal position for an analytical mind passionate about leveraging data to drive marketing success in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels (e.g., website analytics, paid media, social media, email).
- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, user experience, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental analyses to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define campaign goals, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with analytics tools and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital marketing analytics role or a similar data analysis position.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) is essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
