About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team in Nottingham , operating on a hybrid basis. This role is essential for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize strategy and maximize ROI. You will work closely with the marketing team to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and recommend data-backed decisions. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong quantitative background and a passion for understanding digital consumer behavior to drive marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing metrics and performance trends.
- Interpret data to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to set campaign goals and KPIs, and ensure accurate tracking is in place.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools and methodologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar data analysis role within marketing.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
