About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-focused Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team in Norwich . This role is essential for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance across various channels. The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, and a passion for transforming data into strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and other analytics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to define campaign goals and measurement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
