About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Analyst to join their team in Derby . This role is pivotal in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce activities. You will provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for a data enthusiast who enjoys diving deep into metrics, identifying trends, and translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising).
- Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics , including website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data and present key findings to the marketing and management teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for website and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure accurate data tracking and implementation of analytics tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst , E-commerce Analyst, or similar data-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce principles.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.
