About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing team in Sheffield . This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management. You will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, monitor social media engagement, and help prepare performance reports. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with essential in-office collaboration, providing a well-rounded experience. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in digital marketing trends. You will play a supportive role in ensuring the smooth execution of our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars and posting schedules.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, segmenting lists, and scheduling sends.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and flag issues.
- Help coordinate with content creators and designers to gather assets for marketing campaigns.
- Compile data for digital marketing performance reports under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends as needed.
Requirements
- Some experience (1+ year) in marketing or a related field, or relevant internship experience.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
