I understand that only the Firm’s Chief Executive Officer and no other Firm manager, supervisor, or representative has authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the at-will employment relationship, and with respect to the Chief Executive Officer, any such agreements must be in writing and are subject to approval by the Firm's Board of Directors.
