About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team, working remotely from Belfast . This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital channels, seeking to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will work closely with the marketing manager to manage various digital initiatives, leveraging data to optimize performance and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy in a fully remote, supportive, and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
• Support the creation and distribution of engaging content across social media channels, email marketing, and the company blog.
• Monitor website performance and user engagement using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing messages are consistent and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in a digital marketing role, with a good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
