About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital strategy from their Wolverhampton office. This leadership role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. You will oversee all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content, ensuring cohesive and impactful execution. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and target market.
• Manage and optimize all digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and display advertising, to achieve target ROI.
• Oversee SEO strategy and implementation to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, ensuring creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
• Analyze digital marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize campaign impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple channels.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working within a hybrid model from Wolverhampton .
