Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and display networks.
- Oversee the company's Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Manage social media presence, content calendar, and community engagement to foster brand loyalty and growth.
- Create and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and conversion optimization.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing message.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with demonstrable success in driving online growth.
- Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Experience with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEMrush), social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
