Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for digital marketing roles, including SEO specialists, content marketers, social media managers, and digital strategists.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marketing and advertising sectors.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions for their digital marketing teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to offer negotiation.
• Utilize social media, professional networks, and other channels to attract niche digital marketing talent.
• Achieve and exceed placement and revenue targets within the digital marketing recruitment market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a specialization in digital marketing or creative roles .
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage with passive candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
