About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dedicated e-commerce team in Bristol . This role focuses on executing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, and email marketing, to drive customer acquisition and sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing manager to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and search engines (e.g., Google Ads).
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitor website analytics and campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure marketing materials are aligned with campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing paid social media and SEM campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
