This role is integral to developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will work across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, contributing to the company's overall e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and possesses a strong understanding of the digital landscape, aiming to make a tangible impact on online performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads), optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and assist in managing the company's social media presence.
- Monitor website analytics and campaign performance, generating reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and product promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
