About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance their online presence from their Leeds office. You will play a key role in implementing and managing various digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives on data analysis and optimization, aiming to drive website traffic, improve conversion rates, and support the company's overall digital growth strategy within a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and refine pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across search engines and social platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media channels and manage community interactions.
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Monitor website analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new digital marketing initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and various social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
