You will be instrumental in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, creative flair, and analytical skills to manage paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO initiatives. You will contribute to the overall digital strategy, working closely with the marketing team to achieve key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the content team to implement SEO best practices and improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and report on key digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign improvements.
