Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, company website, and blogs to drive brand awareness and customer interaction.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and user experience.
- Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC/SEM) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure digital efforts are integrated with overall brand strategies in the FMCG space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
