About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Digital Operations Manager to enhance their online presence and digital service delivery in Oxford . This role is integral to ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure operation of all digital platforms and services. You will lead a team responsible for website management, digital content, online marketing operations, and performance optimisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to manage complex digital operations to drive user engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
- Manage digital content lifecycle, from creation and publication to maintenance and archiving.
- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of digital infrastructure and applications.
- Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and product teams to support the development and launch of new digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Digital Operations Management or a related digital leadership role.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing platforms.
- Proven experience in managing website performance, SEO, and SEM strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
