Digital Project Manager - E-commerce

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Digital Project Manager to oversee e-commerce initiatives within their dynamic organization in Bristol . This role is key to ensuring that digital projects, from website enhancements to campaign launches, are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will manage project scope, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication, ensuring seamless execution of e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the digital project lifecycle, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, utilizing a hybrid work model from our Bristol location.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various e-commerce digital projects , including website redesigns, feature implementations, and marketing campaigns.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager , ideally within an e-commerce or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of the full digital project lifecycle, including web development, UX/UI, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
