About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Project Manager to manage impactful Marketing Campaigns for their brand in Norwich . You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects, from conception and planning through to execution and analysis. This role requires a keen understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, and campaign optimization. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve their strategic objectives, contributing to brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing projects, including website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams, designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement, conversion rates), and provide insights for optimization.
- Ensure all digital assets and campaigns are delivered on brand and adhere to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and reporting on campaign progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role within a marketing environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email), and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in project management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
