Digital Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver innovative digital projects for their clients in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK . You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from concept and planning through to execution and launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, creative thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and client expectations in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various digital projects , including website development, app creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules , allocating resources effectively and tracking progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions to ensure smooth project progression.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) and external clients.
• Ensure the final digital product meets quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on digital projects.
• Solid understanding of web development processes , UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies , particularly Scrum.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
