Digital Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Digital Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital projects in Derby, Derbyshire . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing digital projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can utilize your project management expertise to drive successful digital initiatives, working in a hybrid model that balances office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create lessons-learned reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager , preferably in a digital or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
• Experience working in a hybrid team setting.
