Digital Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Digital Project Manager to spearhead exciting online and digital transformation projects from their base in Sunderland . This role is perfect for an individual passionate about digital innovation, responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of web, mobile, and other digital initiatives. You will collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, and content teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from discovery and planning to execution and launch.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress using appropriate tools, and manage changes to scope or schedule.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and effectively.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations and business requirements for Sunderland -based initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar digital delivery role.
• Strong understanding of web development processes, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
