About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including website redesigns, app development, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Define project scope, requirements, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in managing digital projects, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an office-based team environment in Cardiff .
• A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
