About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and organised Digital Project Manager to join their innovative team in Belfast . This role focuses on the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, website development, and other online initiatives from conception to launch. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between creative teams, technical developers, and marketing strategists, ensuring projects meet client objectives and are executed seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for digital marketing campaigns, website builds, and application developments.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, copywriters, developers, and SEO specialists to define project requirements and scope.
- Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
- Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring quality, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Ensure all digital outputs are optimised for performance, user experience, and conversion goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management , preferably within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong understanding of web development processes , content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
