Digital Trading Operations Analyst

Boots UK is seeking a proactive Digital Operations Analyst to support our online business within Boots.com. You will analyse customer orders and feedback, produce daily reports, and work with Category, Supply, Logistics, IT, Marketing and third-party suppliers to improve the online journey.

You will identify patterns in data, communicate insights clearly to multiple teams, and help fix issues quickly to maintain a high quality customer experience. A strong numeracy mindset is essential.
