Director, Derivatives & Structured Finance Counsel

Mizuho is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel in Derivatives and Structured Finance at Director level to support the EMEA banking and structured finance business. You will advise on securitisation, funds financing and other bespoke structures, collaborating with front office, risk and operations, across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a technically strong lawyer with commercial judgment, capable of managing external counsel and delivering practical, risk-aware solutions.
