Director, Life Sciences Property Advisory

WSP is seeking an experienced Life Sciences Director to expand our life sciences real estate advisory across England, building on multidisciplinary capability and helping clients make robust, commercially informed decisions about their property portfolios.

You will originate opportunities, lead relationships with occupiers, landlords, developers and investors, and manage advisory, agency and transaction-led work end-to-end to deliver market-aligned outcomes for life sciences clients.
