Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business operations or a related management field, with extensive experience in managing remote teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive team dynamic.
• Experience with ERP systems , CRM platforms, and other business management software.
