Director of Data-Driven Platform Engineering

trg. is seeking a Head/Director of Engineering to sit as the number 2 in Tech, shaping technology strategy for a data-led Prop/FinTech platform in the UK. You’ll lead established software and data teams, aligning engineering with product and commercial goals to unlock value from a unique data moat.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll drive resilience, scalability, and security, guide architecture with senior engineers, and develop engineering managers and technical talent across a 70+ person function.
