Director of Enterprise IT & AI Transformation

Multiverse is seeking a Director of Enterprise Technology to own IT end-to-end, combining BAU operations with major system changes to enable IPO readiness. You will lead an in-house team, set strategy, and steward AI-driven automation across a scaling organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in identity management, security, and IT governance to support a rapidly growing business and ensure auditable, scalable IT operations.
