Director of FP&A & Business Partnering — PE-Backed SaaS

JC Talent Solutions is seeking a Director of FP&A for a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business. This is a genuine leadership role overseeing a team of FP&A professionals and partnering with the Executive team to deliver robust financial insights.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting, modelling and senior leadership reporting, while driving SaaS metrics understanding across ARR, NRR, GRR and CAC payback. Strong C-suite partnering and change management experience are essential.
