Woldingham School, an acclaimed independent Catholic girls' boarding and day school near London, seeks a Head of Futures to lead the Woldingham NEXT programme, coordinating careers education, higher education guidance and life skills across Years 7–13.

You will shape a coherent, inclusive futures curriculum in partnership with pastoral, academic and wider curriculum teams, ensuring students explore opportunities and develop the confidence to thrive in a changing post-18 landscape.
