Director of GTM Automation & Revenue Enablement

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering. You will own GTM engineering end-to-end, shaping the architecture, tools, and roadmap to support revenue growth. This is a player-coach role across Europe and North America, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and collaborating with SDRs, AEs, and AMs.

You will build hands-on in Clay and guide a small senior team, balancing commercial insight with technical delivery to accelerate automated revenue workflows.
