About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead their HR function in Wolverhampton . This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture and ensuring the organization has the talent and structure needed to achieve its business objectives. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining the benefits of on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in a hybrid work setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or SHRM certification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing HR operations.
