Leigh Academy Snowfields seeks a passionate and strategic Director of Learning - The Arts to lead Art and Music across Bearsted, Cranbrook and Minster Colleges within the MAT. You will shape a creative curriculum, empower staff, and drive high standards while supporting students with ASD in an inclusive, wellbeing-focused environment.
