Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for operational excellence across the organization.
• Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring systems to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in process improvement projects.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels and promoting best practices.
• Report on the progress and outcomes of operational excellence initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or a related field, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective solutions.
• Strong leadership, change management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Black Belt) are highly desirable.
