Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and goals.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management , with a significant portion in senior leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing large-scale operations and driving significant business improvements in a remote setting .
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in lean methodologies , process optimization, and performance management.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
