About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and empathetic Director of People Operations to lead their Human Resources functions from Oxford . This senior role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and foster a positive, productive work environment. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive People Operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of service excellence and strategic partnership.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as Director of People Operations or HR Director.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing HRIS systems and other HR technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a plus.
