Director of Private Credit & Loan Notes

PAYALLY GLOBAL is recruiting a Director for PA INV UK Ltd to lead the loan note and credit business in the UK. The role combines origination, structuring and negotiation across private-credit opportunities, working with professional investors and borrowers, with end-to-end deal ownership from discussion to repayment.

The successful candidate will oversee credit assessment, deal structuring and portfolio management, while navigating governance with Legal, Compliance, and KYC.
