About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Product Management to lead their product strategy and development efforts. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the UK , and collaborate closely with distributed engineering, marketing, and sales teams. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that our products meet market needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product lines.
- Lead the product management team, guiding them through the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and market introduction.
- Measure and analyze product performance, iterating on strategy and features to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Product Management or a senior leadership role in product management.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching innovative products in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
